<p>Start with a bunch of Squat Thrusts:<br />
Get your heart rate up, exercise a bunch of muscle groups, what more could anyone ask for? Start from a standing position, hands behind your back, with your shoulders back. Quickly go to a squat position, touching the ground with your hands. Thrust your legs back and go into a push-up position, then return to the squat position. Finally, return to standing, hands behind the back.</p>

<p>Push-ups and Sit-ups are Great!<br />
